F-15 breaks apart. Good luck, Singapore!

I mentioned in a previous post about Singapore buying old gizmos to incorporate as new in our armed forces when it was announced that the RSAF will be purchasing a new fleet of F-15s. That was about 2 years ago.

Well, a so called high state-of-the-art fighter plane just broke into a few pieces according to this CNN report.

I remember a term that my instructor in the army used to tell us when we do a big boo boo. “The enemy will die.” he would say. “Die laughing.”

Is this the philosophy behind choosing our fighter aircraft?
