If you think a S$1000 fine is enough to deter any would be litter bugs from trying anything, THINK AGAIN!
I spotted this two mattress having a good time among the shrubs of bouganvilla plants. I was exiting from the TPE (towards ECP) into Loyang Avenue.
If you look to the right while exiting, you might still see them there.
Two things I can derive from this, either the police are not doing their job catching litter bugs, or the cleaners not doing their job in cleaning.

“A Colombian twin propeller aircraft belonging to AIRES airline with 25 passengers aboard sits idle on the tarmac” Want to know more?
Forget about bike aid and what stuff to inspire those with mobility problems. This wheelchair bound guy hijacked a plane. Now this is what I call inspirational.

On Septermber 7, 2005, the Today Newpaper reported that Singapore is ‘in the process of seeking final clarifications and contract negotiations with Boeing’ on the purchase of the F-15 Eagle.
This aircraft was eventually chosen over the Eurofighter Typhoon and the French-built Rafale.
The paper also mentioned that this ‘new fighter’ will replace a squadron of aging A4SU Super Skyhawks.
Important Dates
- Typhoon - First delivery in 2003
- Rafale - First delivery in 2001
- F-15 Eagle - First delivery 1972
- A-4 Sky Hawk - First delivery 1962
So, Singapore is replacing a 40 years old plane with ‘brand new’ 30 years old plane after throwing out the idea of getting two other possible planes that are less than 5 years old.
I guess after buying the leftover A4s from the Korean War, it is indeed a good idea to follow tradition and buy the leftover F-15s from the Vietnam War.
Well, somebody in the procurement department must really have bees in the bonnet.

This is what happens when your race don’t get representation in the press. See how they describe two people doing the same things?

British actor/comedian John Cleese seems pretty cheesed of with the people from the US of A. Here’s a letter he wrote to this group of conceited clowns.
“In light of your failure to elect a competent President of the USA and thus to govern yourselves, we hereby give notice of the revocation of your independence, effective immediately. Her Sovereign Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will resume monarchical duties over all states, commonwealths, and territories (excepting Kansas, which she does not fancy). Your new prime minister, Tony Blair, will appoint a governor for America without the need for further elections. Congress and the Senate will be disbanded. A questionnaire may be circulated next year to determine whether any of you noticed…”

Another thing to note… I’ve stopped calling them Americans. This is an insult to the people of South America, Mexicans and Canadians. They are also Americans. Just not as stupid.
