We are being slowly poisoned by food companies.

Our governments are still not doing anything significant to warn us of the DANGERS. What is this poison?

Trans fats – Causes heart disease, and our body do not have the natural enzyme to get rid of it. It stays on in our body.

Where can you find them?
MacDonald’s, KFC, Oreo, Twisties, Potato Chips, Planta etc… EVERYWHERE!!!

Why do food manufacturers use TRANS FATS?
Trans fats are more solid; provide longer shelf-life in baked products; provide longer fry-life for cooking oils, and provide a certain kind of texture or “mouthfeel.”

Why is TRANS FATS bad?
In general, there ar four group of fats,
1) monounsaturated fat, (Good fat… can eat.)

2) polyunsaturated fat, (Good fat also…)

3) Saturated fat, (Bad fat… cause heart disease, but your body and slowly process it and get rid of it after sometime.)

4) trans fat, (Super BAD fat… causes heart diseases and your body does not have the enzyme to process it! So it stays in your body for as long as you live and you can’t do anything about it.)
